PROCESS: TYPOGRAPHY EXPLORATION - viewing type as image and creating several experimental layouts; MATERIALS TESTING - playing with materials to decide how I would treat my placed prints/all over prints. I experimented with screen printing, painting directly on denim, and laser cutting and later chose to go with layering of laser cut fabric and digital printing methods to achieve crisp, energetic, bright color. Placed prints were then heat transferred appliquéd onto denim.
